Minsk Airport Transfer Guide (2026) - All Options & Tips
Traveling to Minsk? Skip the hassle with smooth airport transfers to top hotels and see the best things to do in Belarus' lively capital.
We have not yet verified how travellers currently reach Minsk from the airport serving it, so we are not publishing routes, operators or fares we cannot stand behind. For what is running on the day you travel, the arrivals information published by your arrival airport is the reliable source, and your accommodation will usually know what works best for the hour you land.
Helpful Tips
Buy a Minsktrans unified transit card at any metro station ticket window and load it for city buses, trolleybuses, trams and the metro.
Use the Minsk Metro mobile app to check exact interchange stations like Kupalauskaya and plan trips on the Maskoŭskaja and Aŭtazavodskaja lines.
Take the 300Э/173Э airport express bus from Minsk National Airport to Centralny bus station; it's usually cheaper than a taxi.
Order rides with the local app Yandex Go instead of hailing street taxis for transparent fares and cashless payment.
Common Scams to Avoid
Unofficial taxi touts inside the arrivals hall quote inflated flat rates to the city. Ignore anyone who approaches inside the terminal and use the official taxi desk or ride-hailing apps at the designated pick-up zone outside.
Drivers at the official taxi rank sometimes insist the meter is 'broken' and demand a pre-arranged price two-to-three times the normal fare. Insist on the meter or walk 50 m to the next car in line until you find one that complies.
Currency-exchange kiosks in the baggage-claim area advertise 'no commission' but give rates far below the mid-market figure. Wait until you reach landside ATMs or city-center banks for transparent rates and lower fees.
